Koji YamasakiBoard MemberMr. Yamasaki is General Manager of R&D Planning Office at JVC KENWOOD Corporation. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Yamasaki has held various positions in the company in both the US and in Japan. One example is his position as General Manager of JVC North America R&D Center in Cypress, California, where he was in charge of DTV and D-ILA system development. He also spent nine years at JVC Laboratory of America in Silicon Valley, where he was in charge of DVD, D-STB and MPEG encoder system development. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Yokohama National University, Japan.
Kiyoshi MorohashiBoard MemberFrom 2011, Mr. Morohashi has served as the Chief Engineer of JVC Kenwood Corporation. He also holds the title of Operating Chief of the Business Solution Division and General Manager of Engineering Operation in the Professional System Business Group at JVC Kenwood Corporation. His prior roles include Manager of the R&D Dept. in Kenwood Electronics Technology Singapore from 2000 to 2002, and Engineering Manager of the R&D Dept. at Kenwood USA Corporation from 2003 to 2008. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tokyo Denki University, Japan.
Joseph GlassettBoard Member and Corporate SecretaryMr. Glassett is currently the Vice-President of Finance and Administration at Kenwood U.S.A. Corporation in Long Beach, CA. He is also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Secretary, and Corporate Treasurer. He has been with Kenwood U.S.A. Corporation since February 1993. He began his management career with Kenwood in the Operations side of the Communications business. In October 2002 he was promoted to his current position. He holds a B.S. degree in Business and Accounting from Kean College of New Jersey (1977) and has an M.B.A. in Finance from National University in San Diego, CA (1988).
