Naoki Yamamoto formerly served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of AltaSens, Inc. and is currently Vice President of ITX International Equity Corp., a Japanese corporate-backed equity investment firm focusing on IT field and medical device ventures. Over the past fifteen years, Yamamoto has incubated several start-up companies from scratch in the mobile, e-commerce, and semiconductor industries, in Brazil, Japan, and the U.S. He served as one of the core founding executives of Global Telecom S.A., a mobile operator in Brazil (now Vivo Partcipacoes S.A.), establishing initial business plans, strategies, and policies for the new company. Yamamoto continues to play a key role in financial issues and marketing/sales activities worldwide for AltaSens, Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Studies from Sophia University of Tokyo, Japan.
