Patrick Quinn brings more than 16 years of business management and technology leadership to AltaSens. Prior to joining AltaSens, Quinn, a seasoned entrepreneur, founded Wave7 Optics. Additionally, he held several roles at Wave7, including VP Business Development, VP Product Management, and VP Integrated Technology over the span of five years. During his tenure, Wave7 Optics emerged as a worldwide leading provider of fiber-to-the-premise equipment.

Prior to Wave7, Quinn started and ran World Access' Corporate R&D ASIC and DSP Design Center. Earlier in his career, Quinn held several engineering management roles at established Silicon Valley technology companies. Quinn has multiple patents in semiconductors, wireless, and optical access technology and was a founding member of both the IEEE 802.3ah and 802.16 Standards Committees.

Quinn received an BSEE at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada, an MSEE at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
