Vaughn Klopfenstein is the Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Rockwell Collins, Inc. Rockwell Collins is a pioneer in the design, production and support of innovative solutions for customers in aerospace and defense with an expertise in flight deck avionics, cabin electronics, mission communications, information management, and simulation and has a global service and support network that spans 27 countries. Vaughn is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, securities laws, corporate finance, creating new corporate entities and branch offices, and other corporate secretary and general corporate law responsibilities.

Mr. Klopfenstein graduated with honors from the University of Northern Iowa in 1985 with a B.A. in Accounting.  Mr. Klopfenstein received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1988 and is also a member of the Minnesota and Florida bars.
